Refunds & Returns Policy – AHBBEC Coffee Lounge
At AHBBEC Coffee Lounge, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, our refund and returns policy is designed to make the process simple and fair.
Return Period
You can request a return or refund within 30 days of your purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after this period.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received.
- In the original packaging.
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (coffee beans after opening, pastries, or other food items)
- Personal care or sanitary products
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- Items showing obvious signs of use.
- Products that are damaged, missing parts, or not in original condition for reasons not caused by AHBBEC Coffee Lounge.
- Items returned after 30 days from delivery.
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account first.
- Contact your credit card company—it may take some time to post.
- Contact your bank if needed.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- To request an exchange, email us at cs@ahbbec.co.uk.
- Send the item to: AHBBEC Coffee Lounge.
Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
- If the gift was sent to the purchaser first, the refund will go to the original gift giver.
Shipping Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance for high-value items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned products.
